Loss and Bereavement

Grief can be a complex response to loss, especially of someone, animal, job or thing that has died, gone or ended – to which a bond or affection was formed.

It has emotional, physical, cognitive, behavioural, social and cultural dimensions. However loss and grief can also include many other challenges in life i.e. aging, illness, moving, separation or ending a relationship.

 We at the practice can help you to face your loss and express and process your feelings about what has gone, ended or changed and what now lies ahead.


It is within the herd that I have finally found my voice.....long forgotten but not lost.
