As an adult and mature individual it is important to have a unique sense of your identity. This can include everything, from your religion, gender, race, sexual orientation and ethnicity to your competence, hobbies and interests.
It is natural to sometimes struggle with different parts of yourself, but not possessing a strong identity over time can lead to things like anxiety, depression, hopelessness and addiction.
Sometimes it can also be triggered by loss or trauma.
We at the practice can help by focusing on your feelings and uncovering with you a more authentic sense of yourself

Although at the beginning I was very scared of horses, today I realised that the biggest fear was that I could be as powerful as the horses.
