Dramatherapy is a form of therapy that uses the dramatic elements as a medium via which you can increase self-awareness or make changes in your own life.

Basically, the opposite of talking therapy, in Dramatherapy you will fulfil a very active role of “doing”.

The dramatic elements that are contained could be countless: role play, mask making and enhancement, storytelling, puppet making and many more.

Dramatherapy is a very effective way to express your own self via the use of metaphores and archetypes., enabling you to discover all that is at the “edge of your awareness”.

This form of Art in Therapy is proved to be very benefial if you have experienced traumautic events in your life.
